Cancellation Policy

This policy defines how to handle cancellations.

Booking Conditions and cancellation policy with

Any cancellation received within 45 day/s prior to arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the booking value. Any cancellation received within 31 day/s prior to arrival will incur the full period charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Hotel policy).

Children and Extra Bed Policy

This policy defines the possibility of accommodating children and the availability of extra beds. If you do not want to offer extra beds at all, please use the bed type "no extra beds available".

  • All children are welcome.
  • All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
  • One older child or adult is charged per night and person in an extra bed.
  • Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is = upon request
  • There is no capacity for cots in the room.
